1990-1991
The gasoline powered Las Brisas was introduced in 1990 to compete against Winnebago and the Pace Arrow on price and features. It was tagged, "The affordable dream." In just two years there were nine floor plans available in lengths from 27' to 34' 6".
In 1992 the Las Brisas was re-branded Tropi-Cal.
1990 Las Brisas
The all new 1990 Las Brisas was available in four floor plans in 27-foot or 31-foot lengths with twin beds (275 & 315) or queen size (274 & 314). The Las Brisas is powered by a 454 cu gas Chevrolet V-8 engine on a Chevrolet chassis.

1991 Las Brisas
The 1991 Las Brisas featured a restyled grill and was available in six floor plans in from 29-feet to 34-foot 6-inches lengths. Three twin bed floor plans (295, 315 & 345) and three queen size bed floor plans (290, 310, & 340).
